Case Study

Bankside 300, Thorpe St Andrews Business Park, Norwich

Bankside 300 is a three storey office building that was designed with flexibility in layout as a key feature. The building is designed to be able to accommodate as low as 1 and as many as 6 individual tenants, with each of the three floors split into halves.

Each of the 6 zones has its own dedicated VRF simultaneous heating and cooling system with dedicated central controller and individual electrical metering.

This design ensures that each tenant only pays for the electricity they consume.

The VRF Mitsubishi system is a simultaneous heating and cooling system that allows for further partitioning of the zones and will ensure each area will cool or heat independently of other areas.

Works included
  • Ceiling void mounted VRF air handlers
  • Roof mounted simultaneous heating and cooling VRF condensing units
  • Full air conditioning services installation
  • Full condensate drainage installation
  • Full controls system installation
